Dextrose Anhydrous

Dextrose Anhydrous dose not contain crystal water. The appearance is limpid crystal or white crystal line powder. Dextrose Anhydrous can be the sweetener in food industry. Its sweetness is about 30% lower than sucrose. It can be replace some of sucrose for adjustting taste and sweetness of product. It also can be the material for any kind of food, increasing the taste or color of cake and snack. Maltodextrin

Maltodextrin can be the dispersing agents, excipient, leavening agents, and extender in food industry. It can use on cream, dairy products, drinks, candy, cakes, ice cream and other food processing. It can be extender in medicine industry.

It is widely use in the processing of instant noodles, seasoning powder, sausage, ham, and inflating food. By adding water at low temperature, it can become sticky.

Vitamine C

Vitamine C(L-Ascorbic Acid) is anti-oxidant and nutriment of food. PH value is approximately 2.1~2.6 in 1% aqueous solution. As a nutriment: For capsule product, daily recommended intake no more than 100mg. For each 300g generally food product, daily recommended intake no more than 150mg. For baby food, daily recommened intake on more than 60mg. As an anti-oxidant: No more than 1.3g/kg can be added.

L-Ascorbate-2-Phosphate 35%

L-Ascorbate-2-Phosphate is vitamin C produced by chemical phosphate. After foregoing process, it’s able to endure the heat and extend the shelf life. It’s especially used in aquatic feed processing.
