Solar Material Division
Solar Material Division supplies various of products, comsumable materials and spare parts for equipment from upstream to downstream. This high degree integrated platform allows our partners and customers in PV industry to communicate for WIN-WIN situation.

In upstream field,we offers polysilicon as the raw material for solar wafer. We also offer the main consumable materials for producing crystalline soalr wafer-quartz crucible, silicon nitride, silicon gel, Mo-wire and graphite parts for ingot growth furnace. In additional, the consumable materials for slicing the crystalline solar wafer-wafer slicing liquid, silicon carbide, slicing wire, AB adhesive glue are also available in our product line.

In midstream, we offer the raw material for producing crystalline solar cell-solar wafer, and the consumable materials and parts for producing crystalline solar cell-conductive Al/Ag Paste, POCl3, graphite boat, ceramic parts. In additional, we also offers target for thin-film solar cell: The major sputtering material for thin-film solar cell-AZO/GZO/GAZO/CIGS target.

In downstream, we offer the main material for producing crystalline solar module-Solar cell, and the materials for producing crystalline solar module-EVA, backsheet, solar glass,ribbon, Aluminum-frame, silicon gel and junction box.

To utilize all the resource, we also offer the spare parts and second hand equipments for the prodution line which helps the rapid circulation within the industry.

Sawing wire

Sawing wire is a kind of fine high-carbon steel wire of high strength, high hardness, and high wear resistance. It is used as the carrier for multi-wire sawing to cut super-hard crystalline materials, like silicon, gallium arsenide, indium phosphide, silicon carbide and crystal. With copper coated steel sawing wire for the solar and semiconductor silicon wafer slicing process, the ingot was cut into wafers for solar cell manudacture provided as monocrystalline or polycrystalline wafers.

Wafer slicing liquid

The glycolic base liquid, includeing PEG, DEG, PAG and PG, etc., it is a non-ionic surfactant, with suspension, dispersion, cooling function, soluble in water.

POCl3

Irritating odor colorless fuming liquid, is the main material of solar cell diffusion process, the relative density of 1.68, melting 1.25 ℃, boiling point 107.2 ℃, purity 7N (99.9999999%) or more make the P element diffuse through the graphite boat, and the PN junction is formed on the N-type wafer.
