NPS series

PS are made from alloy powder cores of Fe – Si – Al, permeability of 26 , 60 , 75 , 90 , 125 , 160 , 173ui. NPS core losses performances are better than powdered iron cores, without thermal aging effect issues. Good DC Bias performance and more competitive cost than MPP cores. Major application includes PFC, output and resonant choke, switching power system and AC, DC noise filter.

NPF series

NPF are made from alloy powder cores of Fe – Si 6.5, permeability of 26, 60 , 75 , 90 , 125 ui. Better core loss performance by iron based containing 6.5% silicon, small air gaps distributed evenly throughout cores to make excellent DC Bias performance and highly flux density. Major application includes PFC, EMI filter, power supply system smoothing choke, in-line noise filter and buck/boost inductor.

PPI series

PPI are made from alloy powder cores of Fe – Si, permeability of 40, 60ui. Distributed air gaps make lower core loss and better DC Bias than powdered iron cores. Major application includes PFC, EMI filter, power supply system smoothing choke, In-line noise filter and buck/boost inductor.

NPH series

NPH are made from alloy powder cores of Fe – Si, permeability of 26 , 60 , 90 , 125 ui. Better DC Bias and lower core loss performance than Sendust cores are a smart choice for high power and high frequency system. Major application includes PV Inverter, EV Charger, UPS, Inverter Air Conditioner, railroad system, PFC, output and resonant choke.

Best choice for high power system market, block shape enhanced good design flexibility and easy to assemble characteristics provide the best solution for automatic winding choke. Special shape cores are made from Fe – Si alloy, based on market demand to develop several different shape cores. Best choice to larger energy storage capacity, low core loss at high frequency and good temperature stability system. NPH-H/L

NPH-H & NPH-L are made from alloy powder cores of Fe – Si, permeability of 26 , 60 , 90 , 125 ui. Best core loss and good DC Bias performance by excellent powder quality and self-developed insulation technology. Best Choice for high frequency and space limited application by great molding press and heat treatment manufacture process.
Competitive cost advantages compared to amorphous or Nickel based High-Flux, major application include PFC, output, resonant choke for most Server and IPC power system.

EQ series

EQ shape mainly made from powder of Fe-Si, larger cross section area can reduce choke size under highly current design. Enclosed magnetic path reduced magnetic leakage get better DC Bias performance. Well thermal reaction by automatic flat winding method, less winding quality issues but more convenient to assemble. Now major application includes DC/DC module, output choke for high power Server system.
